Before attempting to install your eSIM, you will need:
A strong internet connection – Ideally, you will need to be on Wi-fi or have good 4G signal.
An eSIM compatible device – If you are unsure, see list of compatible devices here
The device isn’t locked to one Mobile Network.
Update your iOS to the latest version.
Your Primary SIM will have your mobile number underneath. Apple assign a random name to your eSIM. In this guide we assume Apple labelled your new eSIM 'Business'.
PART 1: INSTALL YOUR eSIM
Use phone camera to scan QR code. DO NOT not use a QR code scanning app.
Tap to add eSIM and follow on screen instructions.
Notice the two signal strengths at the top of your screen!
Occasionally, Apple devices get stuck during installation, but do not worry, in most circumstances the eSIM has been installed. Jump to PART 2 if you receive our email to confirm it is installed.
Set Default Line to Primary
Select all SIMs for iMessage & FaceTime
You now have 2 options for Mobile Data:
To use your eSIM later, select Primary
To use your eSIM now, select Business
PART 2: ACTIVATE YOUR DATA BUNDLE
When you are ready to use your eSIM, do the following:

Settings > Mobile Service > select Business > tap "Turn On This Line"
Settings > Mobile Service > select Business > enable "Data Roaming"
Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data > select Business
You are now using your new easySim data bundle. Awesome job.
TIPS
The signal strength shown on top is the one being used for "Mobile Data".
To save battery, turn off your easySim if you're not using it.
Apple assign a random name to your eSIM, we suggest you name your eSIM "easy" so you can easily recognise it.
Settings > Mobile Service > "Secondary" > "Mobile Plan Label" > enter "easy" in CUSTOM LABEL
