  • The device isn’t locked to one Mobile Network.
  • Update your iOS to the latest version.

1) Install eSIM
DO NOT use a QR code scanning app.
Please do NOT close this, or the installation will stop.
"Mobile Service" was called "Mobile Data" by Apple in software previous to iOS 17.
Use camera to scan the QR code. Alternatively, go into “Settings” and click on “Mobile Service / Cellular”, then tap “Add eSIM” > “Use QR Code” > and scan the QR code provided.
Click “Continue” > Allow up to 10 minutes for the eSIM to activate > Tap “Done”.

The signal strength shown on top is the one being used for "Mobile Data".
The eSIM is already active, but if you do not want to use your "Data Bundle" straight away, we recommend to turn it off to save battery.

2) Start using your new "Data Bundle"

From "Settings", go to "Mobile Service" > "Mobile Data"
Enable "Data Roaming" and (optionally) change "Mobile Plan Label" to something more memorable, like "easySim"
