Before attempting to install your eSIM, you will need:

  • A strong internet connection – Ideally, you will need to be on Wi-fi or have good 4G signal.
  • An eSIM compatible device – If you are unsure, see list of compatible devices here
  • The device isn’t locked to one Mobile Network.
  • Update your iOS to the latest version.
Your Primary SIM will have your mobile number underneath.  Apple assign a random name to your eSIM.  In this guide we assume Apple labelled your new eSIM 'Business'.
PART 1: INSTALL YOUR eSIM
We have made it easy for you to copy the eSIM values.  Log into your account at my.easysim.global and go to "My eSIMs" and select "Installation Instructions".  Use the "COPY" buttons to copy the values.

Tap Add eSIM
Tap Use QR Code

Tap Enter Details Manually
Enter your details

Tap next
Tap Allow

Tap Continue
Tap Done

Your eSIM is installed.  Notice the two signal strengths at the top of your screen!
Occasionally, Apple devices get stuck during installation, but do not worry, in most circumstances the eSIM has been installed.  Jump to PART 2 if you receive our email to confirm it is installed.

Set to Primary
Select All

YOU NOW HAVE 2 OPTIONS:

Use eSIM later
Use eSIM now

If you do not want to use your "Data Bundle" straight away, we recommend you turn off your eSIM to save battery.

PART 2: ACTIVATE YOUR DATA BUNDLE
When you are ready to use your eSIM, do the following:

Tap new eSIM
Tap to enable

Tap new eSIM
Enable Data Roaming

Tap Mobile Data
Select new eSIM

You are now using your new easySim data bundle. Awesome job.

TIPS

  • The signal strength shown on top is the one being used for "Mobile Data".
  • To save battery, turn off your easySim if you're not using it.
  • Apple assign a random name to your eSIM, we suggest you name your eSIM "easy" so you can easily recognise it.
  • Settings > Mobile Service > "Secondary" > "Mobile Plan Label" > enter "easy" in CUSTOM LABEL
